Indoor Pole Vaulting in Missouri

Unread postby shiaob » Sun Apr 08, 2007 2:11 am

Hey, I'm a High School vaulter and i seriously want to get better. I've done a camp over the summer to actually learn form and technique etc etc. I was wondering if there was any indoor pole vaulting centers around the St. Louis area? I want to get better but laziness gets the best of be off season. Thanks!

Try emailing Lane Lohr lanelohr@yahoo.com

I don't know if he is really doing private coaching yet or not.
