Personally, I'm of the opinion that MO and IL fit in here better than the North region...how'd you decide MO was a "northern" state becca? :-P you can't get much more heartland than Missouri and Kansas
...or Missouri could fit in Central Region...

They correspond with the USATF Development Regions found here http://www.polevaultpower.com/network

I didn't set them. Either Fraley, or some higher up at USATF did, so take it out with them :P

well thats stupid, what gave them the authority to set up the regions all funky like that? lol
