Pole Vault in CT

Unread postby balletomane » Mon Aug 30, 2004 8:55 pm

Hey everyone. I've recently become interested in pole vault and was wondering if anyone knows of any coaches, clubs or other resources in CT. I've searched the internet a bit, but to no avail. Also, can anyone direct me to a past post or a specific webpage with workouts and conditioning advice to get in shape for pole vaulting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Where are you in CT? I'm in Norwich.

To answer another question, you've found the right site for training and workout advice right here. This is THE website. Here you'll find info and opinions about nearly every aspect of vaulting. The trick is to figure out what's info and what's opinion.

Check out www.polevaultpower.com/network and www.polevaultpower.com/links

There could be something helpful on those pages.
