Maine's first 15'0 vaulter

Unread postby Dstncfreak » Wed Dec 20, 2006 12:30 pm

David Slovenski a junior at Brunswick high school in Maine, cleared 15'0 on 12/16 at the Bowdoin Relays held at Bowdoin College. This is the first time a Maine high school boy has cleared the 15'0 barrier. I wouldn't be surprised to see him keep rising the bar.

he's got some talent on his hands... using 15' poles without putting much bend into them shows he's getting a pretty high takeoff angle for someone his size
