LoJo Launches Exclusive Pole Vault Gymnastics Program in PA

has teamed up with
Montgomery County Sports Performance Center
to offer
“Exclusive Training for the Pole Vault”
LoJo's Pole Vault Gymnastics, Pole Tech and Sprint Mechanics Clinic
The LoJo PV-Gymnastics Clinic will be on October 26, 2014.
The LoJo PV-Gymnastics Clinic will be offered to Athletes ONLY of all ages and levels;
and will be a hands on clinic.
Athletes will learn and do exercises that engages pole vault development training.
The LoJo PV-Gymnastics Clinic is for ALL AGES at ALL LEVELS.
20 Athletes Max per Session. Each session will be 2 hours long.
LoJo and his staff will be conducting the LoJo PV-Gymnastics Clinic.
Clinic will be conducted at:
Montgomery County Sports Performance Center

Harleysville, PA 19438
The LoJo PV-Gymnastics Clinic leads a series of pole vault development classes offered for all levels at
Montgomery County Sports Performance Center.
Clinic Sessions Offering:
· Pole Vault Gymnastics: $35.00
· Pole Tech and Sprint Mechanics: $35.00
· Pole Vault Gymnastics/Pole Tech/Sprint Mechanics: $65.00

9:00 am – 11:00 am Pole Vault Gymnastics
12:30 am – 2:30 pm Pole Tech and Sprint Mechanics
