A big THANK YOU to Alan Launder and Roman Botcharnikov for sharing their knowledge. I also need to thank Macey Ruble for all his hard work to help me put this together. Also I would like to thank Stephanie Simpkins and Angie Rummans for all their demos. Also I must mention Dave Ward of Appalachian State for his facility and generosity.

But more importantly thank you to the coaches who took the time and effort to be there. :yes:
