Today's results: http://trialsresults.usatf.org/

Congratulations and good luck to Sam Kendricks. He has a good chance for an Olympic Bronze, possibly higher if Lavillenie or Barber faulter. :star:

I also think that he has a good chance to join the 6.00m club soon!

Does anyone have a video of the competition or at least highlights?

I watched his 19'4' attempts and some of his 6m attempts but I'd like to see them again

I'm guessing Simmons' 5.72 mark is being accepted??

Is Sam's Olympic trials record the best result in olympic years only or all time?

How could an "Olympic Trials" record possibly be made in any non-Olympic year?

I understand) but I'm surprised that US olympic trials have their own records.
Is Eaton's decathlon record an Olympic trials record or "championships record" as well (I mean all time)?
I'd like to know the best perfomance at US Trials

Hmm ... LMGTFY ... the answer is here - at the bottom of the "Decathlon: Eaton Wins" link. :D

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Is+Eaton%27s+decat ... als+record

World Record: Ashton Eaton (USA), 9,045 points (2015)
American Record: Ashton Eaton, 9,045 points (2015)
Olympic Trials Record: Ashton Eaton, 9035 points (2012)

And this same article says that in this year's trials:

Eaton, 28, the world record-holder, won by 325 points, finishing the final event with 8,750.
