Some people might take this the wrong way... I don't put this on here to show off (okay so maybe a little) but the real reason is because I always like to watch others vault, so I thought you guys might like to see mine. Maybe, well anyways, if you guys want to see a stud girl vaulter, that goes 14 without getting inverted, then go to this website. Our coach is really good about putting up some of our better vault vidoes. Oh yeah, my jumps are there too. Let me know what you guys think of our coaches website.

thanks for the website john. i have never seen kira vault before but now i know a place to see some of her vaults. coach mitchell does a great job with the whole website/taping. good luck the rest of the season

i appreciate the video posts. im always lookin for good jumps on video to show some new vaulters at my school to help them understand some of the more confusing stages (when just learning) and relate certain drills to certain parts of vault. havent seen em yet but im just about to look.

Well I don't really think it's a university site. More like an unofficial track page I think. Our coach puts it all together so far as I know.
