Do they allow unattached entries? What's the entry mark for an unattached vaulter?

Sorry, back in my hay day I closer to Drake Relays so I do not know these things.

Sorry-Penn doesn't have an open pole vault

at one point they did. they just dont do it all the time. if you look in their record books there are record for an open division.

That may be, but they haven't had one in awhile and there are no plans to have one in the near future. (I do some work for the Relays)

yeah, from the people at penn ive talked to, it simply comes down to lack of interest due to the fact that penn is a very difficult place to vault at with the swirling winds. i personally loved jumping there, but it was just my dad cuz everytime i stepped up, that wind came around to my back
