I know what you mean. I've been nothing but running and vault mabye once a week. The running's been working though. Already added almost a foot of fly away to my 5 step on smaller poles and lower handgrips. Guess I have nothing to complain about

Trey,
You don't count, you could get better by sleeping. You need to come down and check out my 5 decathletes. I have a good group. LB

My son and I have been vaulting at least once a week since school started. He runs, lifts and swims as part of his fall conditioning. We use a bar about every 3 weeks and the bungee the rest of the time.Nothing over 5 lefts until after Thanksgiving.Nothing can replace having a pole in your hands.Hopefully I won't screw him up too bad until we can get down to Bells in DEC.

or how about moving there for the summer. that may be the route i take. i got way too much out of three weeks last summer to not consider that an option. oh, and trey-we have to top last year's outdoor sec antics this season if that is even possible.
The road to the National Championships does not run through the Krispy Kreme.
