Camps will be held in Knoxville, Tn.

Be prepared to challenge mind and body in these Tim Mack pole vault camps. You will have film review sessions, running tech sessions, how to hold/run/drop the pole, how to plant effieciently, how to take-off properly, and what to do when you are in the air. Tim will also take you through the same mental training exercises that I did leading up to his winning Gold in Athens. Finally, you will have "special needs" vaulting where you will work on what is important for you. I am really excited about these camps. Looking forward to working with you.
