A Great Opportunity!

For anyone interested in learning how to put together effective strength and conditioning programs for yourself or your athletes, you won't want to miss Dan John's clinic in The Woodlands on November 14th.

Dan is a mentor and friend who is an outstanding all-around strengths-sports athlete and coach including being an elite discus thrower, Olympic Lifter, Highland Games Champion, and Masters Weight Pentathlon Champ and Record Holder. His new book, Never Let Go, was published in June of this year and has completely changed the way I approach strength training with my athletes.

If you're tired of trying the same old approaches with the same disappointing or marginal results, Dan's ideas are a breath of fresh air!

Here is his website where you can learn more about him: http://www.danjohn.org

A link to his new book: http://www.davedraper.com/fitness_products/product/BDJN.html
Every coach and athlete should own a copy!

And information about the clinic: http://www.crossfitthewoodlands.com/events

I just spoke to the event organizer, Scott Wells, and he said to disregard the late registration fee. The cost is $100, and for a full day with a guy as valuable as Dan John, that is an absolute STEAL! Scott also told me their facility can likely accommodate up to 200 people if need be, so bring as many people as you can—this information is too priceless to miss! You can pay on site and no need to register in advance.

I highly recommend you attend and pass on the information to everyone you know.
