USATF/LIONS 18TH CHAMPIONSHIPS

WHEN: Saturday, May 23, 8-5:30
WHERE: Rouse High School, Leander, Tx
ENTRY FEES: $15/1ST event, $5 thereafter for ON-LINE REGISTRATION at:
http://usatfsouthtexas.org/
Mail IN registration is $25 for first event and $10 each additional event.
If you know someone who doesn’t do email, please offer to help them.
Perhaps you can register them while you do yours.
SPECIALS: Early USATF Youth Discount($10 unlimited events).
Non-USATF $25 unlimited.
TEAM Youth Discounts Unlimited Events (online registration required): $300(0-25 members); $400(26-49 members); $500(50+ members)
Throws Pentathlon $35 by May 9, afterwards $60.
LATE FEES(after 5-18): ALL EVENTS $25 EACH, NO DISCOUNTS PERIOD.
***NO DAY OF MEET REGISTRATION EXCEPT FOR RELAY EVENTS***

9:00 High Jump(Flt A-starting height below 4’6”) 9-12 Shot Open*
10:00 High Jump(Flt B-starting height 4’6”) 9-12 Javelin Open*
10:00 Long Jump(Flt A-Age 18 and under) 11-2 Discus Open*
11:00 Long Jump(Flt B-Age 19 and above) 10 Hammer Open*
11:00 Pole Vault(Flt A-starting height below 10’) 2 Weight Open*
12:00 Triple Jump 3 Superweight*
12:00 Pole Vault (Flt B-starting height 10’-11’11”) NOTE: Open Shot, Discus, and Javelin Throwers
1:00 Pole Vault(Flt C-starting height 12’-13’11”) will be notified of their exact flight times
2:00 Pole Vault(Flt D-starting height 14” and above) by the Wednesday prior to the meet *Subject to change depending on final numbers 9:00AM TP(Throws Pentathlon)
TRACK EVENT SCHEDULE(Rolling Start)
Sprint Tech Timing(8:00 AM: 1500 Racewalk, 3k Run, 3k Racewalk, 5k Run)
Flash Automated Timing, Rolling Start(11:00AM: 50, 80/100/110 Hurdles, 100, 800, 4x100 Relay, 200, 300/400 Hurdles, 4x200 Relay, 400, 1500, 4x400 Relay)
Medals awarded to top 3 in each age group by sex as follows: Open(19-29), 5 years increments starting at age 30(30-34, 35-39, etc); Ribbons awarded top 6 each 2 year age group by sex 9-18 and 8 & under.
Relays awarded on 10-yr age groups based on age of runner nearest Open Division(19-29)
Special Plaques for all Throws Pentathlon Finishers
