Regions?!

I live in Sacramento. What regional do I have to go to for USATF? I can't figure out if I am region 14, 15, or maybe a different one!

You need to compete at your Association Meet and qualify for your Regional meet.

i placed 2nd in the association meet, does that mean i go on?

Well then you should have filled out all the paperwork there to go to Regionals. If you didn't you had better call somebody in your association and find out if you can still get in.
