WHY YOU WILL LOVE THE ATC VAULT CAMP
Stacy Dragila’s vault camp will help pole vaulters become better athletes. She will provide an educational and inspirational experience for campers of all ages, skill levels, and abilities. Vaulters will leave camp with an increased knowledge about the vault, new friends, and an enhanced love for the sport. She will teach pole vaulters the necessary skills to excel in the sport.
CAMP WILL INCLUDE ALL ASPECTS OF THE VAULT
- Video analysis and review of correct technique
- Lead up drills including vault system drills, sand pit drills, and sliding box drills
- Sprint technique and approach run instruction
- Full approach vaulting with personalized coaching and video analysis
- Extensive gymnastic training including floor drills, parallel bars, high bar, and rings
- Sport Psychology sessions
- Weight room instruction and periodization
