WA State Qualifying - the good, the bad, the surprises

So far...

- at League, Lindsey Porter of South Kitsap (11'6 PR) NH'd

- at League Ned Flynn of Cedarcrest jumped 14'3 for a PR and broke the school record set by Kyle Hamilton who was killed in a tragic snowmobiling accident fall of his senior year a few years ago. Ned went on to jump 14'6 at Districts.

- at League, Cheyne Clarke had his first 15' jump, but barely snuck through to state getting 4th at districts with 13'6 (but maybe he knew he was going so he passed some heights or something).

- At Districts, Colleen Meas, Stanwood (11'9 PR) NH'd, Marysville ends up taking all 3 spots to state.

- District 1 3A is really weak this year, sending two 8'6 girls to state. 8'6 probably won't even make it to state for the District 1 1A girls.
