Blanshan jump gives Selah perfect North record

YAKIMA HERALD-REPUBLIC Led by Brett Blanshan's Valley best in the long jump, Selah's boys track and field team defeated Othello to finish 4-0 in CWAC North dual meets on Thursday.

Blanshan long jumped 21 feet, 91/2 inches, which ranks second in the state among Class 2A jumpers, and he won the 200 meters.

Grandview's boys and Prosser's girls finished 4-0 in CWAC South duals heading into next week's sub-district meets.
