Sorry to hear the arm will keep you out for this meet. It's so hard to predict how quickly an injury will come around. I've been working a fine line with a sore quad for the last 6 weeks -- but I think it'll be almost full -healthy by next week. We look forward to seeing you there anyway.

I might... big might try to compete. how much warm up time do they alot you. I can get my arm above my head right now and can almost hang from it. If I had another week I know I would be good enough to jump..next wed though is going to be close...

Good to see you're nearing a full recovery Robert, let me know if you plan on jumping and I'll get your poles to you. :) They're currently in the locker room at Civic.

I'm going to see if I can jump... right now I can hang from a high bar. do pull ups and push ups..do bubkas also. It's just If I can handle the hit at take off...we'll see.
