Shipping Poles to Stanford

True to form the NSG staff is incompetent as you can see by this response to Don's inquiry;

HI Don
We are unable to accept shipments at stanford stadium and store for the athletes

We are advising all athletes to ship implements to their place of residence during the games (hotel, dorm etc)

Undeterred I went online and found the facilities director and shot her an email. Just over one minute later I got this response;

Is anyone suprised that at this late date (prelims 1 month from today) that we STILL don't know if there are prelims and finals and on what days and times we would jump? I'm going to the World Masters Games in Australia in October and I already know when I jump and who's entered. I wonder what these guys were doing in Louisville in 2007. Certainly not observing because Louisville did a great job.
