Simpler version
1) Make your profile 100% private and only allow people to follow you that you know
2) Do not post any information you came across because you are a college athlete, and normal people do not have access to. (Recruits, Injuries, Coaches, Scholarships ect..)
3) Don't post anything you wouldn't want your momma to read or see
4) And if for some reason you did violate a NCAA rule affecting your eligibility like hanging out with famous people at expensive restaurants, do not post pictures of the event or your bill on your twitter feed.
Follow these four and you will be good to go.
