Are there any NCAA rules on coaches and pole vault power (message boards). I mean I know there are college coaches on here that post a lot and sometimes give their school some props or may answer a post that a high school athlete posted.

I believe that the same rules about contacting potential recruits applies. They couldn't use the private message features or posting on the boards to contact recruits to get around any other rules about talking to recruits, it's the same as email or Facebook or whatever other electronic means.
