Kyle, I hope someone can come up with an easier method for you. But, with some digging, you can come up with past results by browsing through past Vaultngus newsletters at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vaultngus/
You will need to scroll down to the calendar and click on the “numberâ€Â

I won indoors in 1999 with 15'9" Dason won outdoors with 16' on misses I was third. The next year spencer Frame won indoors not sure on the height, and don't know who won outdoors.

The trip from 16' to 18' is much different than any other time in a vaulter's development. You almost never feel as if you are making major progress like you did in "the old days" (14'-16'). You just have to keep slugging at it. You will have some good days and lots of bad days, but as long as things inch up a bit on the good days and the bad days become a little better as well....you are making progress.
Keep at it.
Barto.

Ellis named indoor national champion in the pole vault
MANHATTAN — Kyle Ellis' national championship performance in the pole vault highlighted Cowley County Community College's effort at the National Junior College Athletic Association Indoor meet held Friday and Saturday at Kansas State University.
This is the article from our school news: Even though I jumped 15-9 instead of 15-8
Ellis strained his hamstring in warm-ups but still managed to come away with the best vault among the many talented competitors.
“We weren't even sure if he would be able to jump,” Cowley head coach Mark Phillips said. “We actually passed to a pretty high height to try and reduce the number of jumps he would have to take, and he didn't miss until he went out. It was a real gutty performance by Kyle.”
Ellis' teammate, Brandon Banda, placed fourth in the pole vault with a vault of 15-5, earning Coaches Association All-American honors. Ellis won the event with a vault of 15-8, earning him NJCAA and Coaches Association All-American honors.
Gutty performance

Good for you! It must've been tough with a hamstring problem!

Good job!
