Heim 4.10, DIII National Record?

The girl form Moravian College jumped 4.10 at her conference meet. The official said this was the record for D III. The highest mark I could find was by a vaulter Kim Marino on the Stockton College web site at 4.09

Could be for indoors...a Rachel Secrest from NCC jumped 412 outdoors last year.
I am not able to find archived honor rolls since Trackshark used to be my reference and has since closed down.
