I had my first vault practice today, the first I had in 2 months...lol...ahhh...so I didn't get to jump much...though Hoogie put me on a 12' 150 and I was getting up there (bungee was at 11')...from 4 steps...so I should defintely be fine

we had our third vault-day yesterday. short run, only 4 lefts, jumping consistantly over 15' holding about 13'6 on a 15' stick. the year is off to a good start-oh, and duck steddum was clearing 16' holding and running from the same so watch out for him at ncaa's.

Anyone had any intersquad meets yet and if so how have you jumped? Ours is two weeks away, hopefully we'll be back at 5-7 lefts. Watch out I will be bring the heat in the duece, and 4x300.

Have you got a day and time for your intersquad meet? I would love to come out and watch if I can make it.

Good luck this year!

Are you guys going to Clemson for their meet in early December? My coach said we could go if we wanted, so some Bulldogs might be headed up that way.

We sent in our "Unattached" entry's but it's not official until they contact us back.

We jumped over real bars yesterday. It was kind of depressing actually :dazed:

We started with real bars this week up here. A little different after jumping at bungees for 2 weeks, a 15' bungee is only a 14' bar. But is would good to see everyone getting into it again. Including coach, he's thinking of training for the summit in 2005, but he hasn't competed at the elite level in a few years. Anyway, Bars at this point isn't a bad thing meets start in 3 weeks, and you don't want to come in with only jumping bungees.
