no i meant a trainer.. its a contraption that u attach to a football goal post or sumthing like that and it helps you learn to invert

Print out that photo and go to Home Depot and tell them you want all those pieces. It'll cost you maybe 30 bucks and save you 200.

I made one of those myself with parts from a weight lifting machine and gymnastic rings. cost me all of $10 to make and 20 minutes.

Go to a sporting goods store that has rock climbing gear. Buy 15-20 feet of 200 lb test rope or more if you are a big kid?, 1 pulley rated above 200lbs, 1 tie loop(looks like a two foot loop strap), 1 toogle or carabiner(sorry on the spelling) rate above 200lbs. You do need an old broken pole about 2 1/2 foot section,and two old plugs. Drill a hole in the center of the two plugs, Slide the rope thru the plug, pull about 6 feet of rope thru the inside of the pole. Slide the other plug on the rope and cap both ends. Tape them on. Tie a knot as close to both ends of the plugs as possible. To the three feet of rope sticking out the end, tie a knot every foot. This is used to pull up to grab the pole section later. The end that has ten feet is then threaded thru the pulley and tied in a loop at the end(like a noose). This loop is put over the ankles and make sure the overlap is under the loop. When you pull on the pulley it tightens around the ankles and will not slip off. Throw the 2 foot loop strap over the goal post and clip the carabiner that is attached to the pulley onto the loop strap. Ready for drills and it only costs $35.00 and is weight rated and the pulley moves smoothly on the ball bearings.
