I'm sure this is a valuable book, and maybe I'm out of line here, but how on earth can someone charge nearly $13.00 shipping for a $20.00 book?!?!?!

I am looking into stocking it myself.

It costs $13 because they are using UPS, but you can ship anything in that fits in a USPS medium flat rate box for $10.70, and it doesn't look like that big of a book, you could probably ship it first class for less than $5, and media mail for less than $3.
