Value of old, non-regulation pit?

Can anybody provide a general value range for an old high school pit that is non-regulation size. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions yet, but it has a single front bun and likely 3 back pads with top cover. It is very likely short on both width and length, however it has been in dry storage for several years.
I know that something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay, but what value might someone put on this if in good condition? We have a functioning pit of regulation size at the high school and are considering selling this old one to cover costs for new poles and/or standards next season.
Pit location is just north of Seattle, Washington in Everett. It is not officially for sale yet, but just trying to get a ballpark figure. Thanks.
