pole vault pit top pad?

I was wondering if anyone know's where I can purchase a top pad for my pit. The one I have, has tiny holes in it and so the pit dust fly's up in my eyes. When I was in reno, I noticed the pits had a top pad without the tiny holes. So does anyone know where I can get one or how much they are? Thanks!
