Slightly damaged copy of BTB2 - $50

I have one copy of From Beginner to Bubka and Isinbayeva Too! where the cover is damaged on the top. It has a small tear on top and is a little bunged up. Maybe the first page is a little bunged up too and everything else is fine.
$50 + $10 shipping within the US (normally $60 + $10)... only $20 more if you want to buy the DVD, normally $40 if you buy it alone.
