This guy in the Los Angeles area is looking for some old big poles. If you know of anyone that might have some old heavy Pacer IIIs or something that they are not ever going to use again, shoot him an email.

Hi,
My name is Garth, and I am need two 17+ foot poles. They don't have to be in good shape. I don't have a lot of money. I need them for a project I am building. Do you know where I can get them?
Sincerely,

I live in Los Angeles (Wilmington area near the harbor). I need two 17 to 20 foot poles for a project. They will not be used for vaulting, so they can be blems, or even damaged to a degree. I have been looking all day on the internet. The prices are crazy. I can pay more, but I am hoping to find someone trying to get rid of a couple of them for under a $100.
Garth
I need a total of two twenty foot uprights. I have a five foot base to set them in. I need at least a one foot overlap to secure it in. So a minimum of 16 feet should do. If I splice two short ones together, I could make a 16 to 20 footer out of two smaller ones. If I do that I will need a total of four short one. Any way I get 16+ feet will work, but 17 feet would be ideal.
Thanks for your helpfulness,
Garth
