Bubba and all,
We went thru the editing today on the 2 videos for PV Technique (alot of running skills, plant and swing). I must say I am not very good on video but Allan is!!! The entire emphasis is on the younger kids, not an evaluation of elite vaulters! Plus the teaching techniques are very evident. I would say a must have for any life long learner of pole Vaulting.

We are gonna do another series of higher level skill development starting in Feb. Video from the NW Pole Vault Festival.

Thanks Rick. Please keep us updated as new ones come out. I don't want to miss one because I think I have already got it. I've long been an admirer of your work, which is so evidenced by the athletes you coach. Thanks for all you do!! Bubba

Well it rained in The Woodlands, Texas today so I spent part of the afternoon watching these DVD's. OUTSTANDING!! Very well done with clear explanations and rationale. Moves rather quickly but not too quickly from drill to drill – i.e. – not boring at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

NEXT? How about your vault drill progressions and a look at a practice with your top jumpers? Thanks for sharing your approach. I will begin using parts of it tomorrow. Bubba

The image looks like it is significantly "stretched" vertically. Is that intentional?

Here is the very exciting (not) intro to the core strength DVD

This is better... Jessie Gallaher introducing the gymnastics DVD and then demonstration of drape overs and in-bar kips.
