pontiac isnt that small, their high school is AA. I know the guys that coach phil(i havent seen him jump though), and he is getting some good guidance both in a club in the summer and at his high school.
also, i believe he ran a 10.8(manual time) 100M as a sophomore.
and also a state qualifer in wrestling
it is nice to see a
corn belt conference athlete doing well

Yeah Cory Christionson......i have known him for like 5 or 6 years.....i was really suprised when he told me he was moving south to coach at Ponitic, but he is doing a great job there.
One of those Augustana guys that are kinda crazy and just love to grip it and rip it on a huge pole.

again, i love the cornbelt confernce connection.
Cory graduated from U-High(ISU's lab school) in normal, another corn belt rival of my high school. sadly, they dont have vault anymore
im not sure if he still is, but when i was in high school, his dad was still the AD at uhigh.

Cory's a good man and great vault coach. Had the pleasure af vaulting agsinst him a couple times in college and coaching with/against him while I was at Naperville Central in 2001/2002 and he was head coach at someplace I can't remember the name before he moved to pontiac.
