Training Help

I am starting my track season and I am curious on how to get better at inverting and getting some good pole vaulting technique. If you have any suggestions on training please let me know. Thanks

Put up a rope and do inversions where you pull your HIPS to your TOP hand with 5# ankle weights on!!! You WILL invert!!!! I used this with 70 high school State champions!!! It works!!! EFFORT!!!!
