Jumped it at our meet, and I measured it. Technically, it was higher, but we wanted to get it 'good enough' and let her keep jumping. All measurements certified by 2 CIF officials. Attempts at 13-9, last attempt was pretty dang close tho.

I'd post vid, but my dumb soph kid that I had appointed ONE job to for the entire day blew it. All he had to do was have the camera rolling on whoever I wanted to film. Yea..he was walkin across the track (with his back to the runway) as she came down on 1st attempt. :(

Other notable items:
Tori Pena (Edison): 12' (after 12'2 on Thurs)
Kelly MacLean (Edison): 11-6
Lindley Tamoura (Hunt Bch): 11-6

Tim Hutzley (AAE): 15' (1st)
Greg Woepse (Mater Dei): 15' (2nd)
Johnny Quinn (St Margarets): 15' (3rd)

UPDATE:
Here's all the vid I got :( Half of the make, but her best jump of the day, by FAR, was her last attempt at 13-9. Thats in here too:

I count 8 lefts. 13-7 135 I think. I know she made 13-4 a few weeks ago on a 13 140 though.

Gotta love those Cali breezes! Man, what was the wind like on that day? Looks like she is used to it, which is a good thing.

it was a pretty small tail wind at least compared to what im used to. I thought it was perfect.

at the VERY end of the meet (when you were jumping) the wind had died considerably. The girls actually got a heck of a wind. I had actually rearranged the times so the boys and girls Varsity would get the nice tail that hits Hunt Bch HS.

Allisons record attempts (like anyone elses) took an additional 45+ min. If she hadn't been going for record attempts, the boys comp would have ended with the wind being like what the girls had, and I believe would have ended with higher heights.

Allison trains with Kevin Magula, "higherflyer" to the PoelvaultPower world. He is a great coach. The last 4 Orange County girls record holders have been Higher Flyers. 3 are now vaulting on college scholarships. BYU, ASU, UNM for those interested.

Way to go Allison and Kevin.

Sorry :( to pass along that Allison broke her tibia just above the ankle in a practice session and will require surgery and 4-6 months before she can return to training. Good news is she is only a sophomore.

Get well Allison :)
