I've psyched myself out in the past but i guess i should remember that I pv no matter how well i do at that one meet!


Good advice, I just had a really bad meet and had to step back and realize, that at the end of the day I just love to vault

Sometimes vaulting just makes me want to cry because it goes so badly, but it never makes me hate the sport. When all of a sudden you get out of that slump, and PR it is the greatest thing in the world of sports to me. I don't think I could go to college if I couldn't vault ;)
