I've psyched myself out in the past but i guess i should remember that I pv no matter how well i do at that one meet!
Good advice, I just had a really bad meet and had to step back and realize, that at the end of the day I just love to vault
like it ... or not?

Sometimes vaulting just makes me want to cry because it goes so badly, but it never makes me hate the sport. When all of a sudden you get out of that slump, and PR it is the greatest thing in the world of sports to me. I don't think I could go to college if I couldn't vault
