HS Girls Pole Vault Results

Hi all,
I am trying to compile results for HS Girls PV Outdoor State champions.
Currently, out of 2213 State Outdoor Champions, I have all but 67.
These are the results that I am missing:
Arizona 1998-1A,3A,4A 2000-1A
Louisiana 2001-B,C 2002-B,C
Maine 1996-2000 classes A,B and C
Nevada 1996-1A,2A,3A,4A 1997-1A
New Hampshire 1995,1996,1997-D1,1998-D3
Rhode Island 1995-2004 classes A,B,C and Meet of Champions
Vermont 1998-DIII 2002-DIII

I need the Athlete name, Team and Winning Height.
I would appreciate any information that would help me locate these.
