Brigham Sets High School Female National 2012 Standard
Emily Brigham, Shawnee Mission, KS, vaulted the highest jump for a high school female this year at 13'7" July 21, 2012 at the Just Vault Club meet, breaking her personal best by 4 inches and setting her fourth Kansas state female record this year. Mike Grinde, Monroe City graduate and headed to Missouri S&T this fall, vaulted a personal best of 15'6". Heather Glenn, Liberty HS senior, jumped a personal best 12' and Jackson Meyer, Rock Creek Kansas junior, vaulted to his best this year at 13'6". Other personal bests included Luke Woodall, 10'6"; Bailey Friedel, 10'; and Miller Freyer, 10'.
