There are no world juniors this year, there are the European juniors which you probably wont be interested in and the pan american championships mentioned by vaultfan. There are the world juniors next year in Italy sometime in mid-July

A guy from Greece jumped 17'1.25" that is going to the Youth world champioships in Sherbrooke, Canada...hopefully I can represent the US well this time. The US has only jumped 15'3" at this meet in the past.

one of my friends who i regularly compete against is vaulting there too, he is from England and just last week set his pr of 4m 95cm. unfortunately i am 2 months too old to compete

, just one vaulter from England going to Canada. Im told that 4m 95cm ranks him no.3 in the world under 18 so hopefully he should do well.

I bet he means birth year of 1986. That is pretty much what the Canada meet is, who the best people in the world are born in 1986 or later. 4.95m from England? I must be low on the list then, I wish I could find a list.

yeah i do, thats what under 18 is, im born 1985, but im not 18, i will still be under 18 by the time of the competition, but i am too old for it, im pretty sure that my earlier statement was true as it is also stated on the uk athletics website.

Yeah I saw where it said that, stepen Lewis or somone is 3rd on the under 18 list. (doesn't include 18yr olds). I think the 2 in front of him are The guy from greece at 17'1.25" and Ty Barrington at 17'3.25". Well it looks like there will be good competion at this meet.
