I think my biggest problem is that I don't get my shoulders and head back but I'm not sure. Any help would be nice.

Me and my friend need to make some pole vault standards(my school is cheap) and needs some ideas on how to go about doin that, pictures blueprints anything will help. the cool thing is i get to make them in the school shop HAHA

i'm a 1a vauler and see the same stuff i only wear the jersey and shorts. i guess it only happens on the lower level schools because they can't afford actual vault coaches so the "track" coaches(football, basketball, cross country) don't know whats goin on but thats my opinion.

on the 7' 2" your losing at lot of speed by pulling the pole up that early and you have a good knee drive trail leg looks good i think on both 7' 4" attempts you had no knee drive and no trail leg you can fix this by doin pop ups what do you mean by "pulling the pole up early"? ...

looks to me like your elbows is collapsing i think maybe its the vid but i had that prob during practice and jumped in to the standard a couple times
