Definitely helpful advice. If you can warm-up and cool-down on a field of some sort that would be ideal!

Nike Zoom PV II sizing?

Can someone help me out with sizing on the Nike Zoom PV II spike? Do they run big or small or do they fit just right to your regular shoe size? I'm a guy and wear a size 10. Thanks.

I had ACL reconstruction on October 10, so it is coming on 5 months... I still want to pole vault... I tore my left ACL and that is my jumping leg. It is still a little sore. I have to see the doctor in a few days and I think he going to say it ok for me to return as the is no cutting in PV. I'm no...

As long as you feel confident about your level of fitness, a few days of rest is definitely beneficial. I would also recommend not just sitting around and doing nothing for those few days, but try to get in some light cross training.

Your second idea sounds like it would be the best read for someone who is learning about the vault for the first time or if you have to present this independent research in front of an audience.
