it had been several years since i had seen bubba's pages... i actually thought they had been removed... the charts are mine but some of the writing differs from mine...(no offense bubba) the last line from the "the six stride mark" ....these marks may also differ for tall or short vaulters...

a few years ago i timed you in reno.. from the "mid" to takeoff.. you were the fastest i've timed.. as fast or faster than bubka..

use the chart...use "piston" action strides (ball of the foot stricking under the hips) over the last 4 to six strides and you will plant better..

Ah! Very nice information. He used to be such a pole squasher, but he has improved that phase a lot in the last year or two.
