I know there are some pro vaulters in here and i know that there are alot of good coaches 2. So i was just wondering what sort of training that all of the pro or "elite" vaulters do to get in shape for the season and even during the season. GOOD VAULTING SCHOOLS & COACHES

Hey i was just wondering if anyone out there knows of any good colledge coaches for vaulting and what school they coach for. Oh and if any are in this forum i have been jumping 15" as a 2nd year vaulter and i am a junior in highschool.

i have been jumping alot in port huron over the summer and i have a coach with a pit so i have been practicing alot. i also went to the Jan Jansons camp and that made me jump 2'6'' in my consistancy and i have been jumping like 14'6'' and 15' since basicly the beginning of the summer.

another good idea
is there any way that you can still build the explosiveness in your legs whit a hurt knee cause i really need to build that up for indoors but i dont know what to do while i am hurt?

Injury Training

I recently hurt my self by running to much and i cant run for a while and i was wondering if there was anything else that i could do tofor the time being to get into shape for the indoor season. i am currently lifting and riding my bke if you have any suggestions psot them.
