progress is not always seen in vault through heights... you got to trim the twigs from the tree so it will grow right.... I improved only .75" from HS but I feel like i was more consistant, and saw improvment in my run and pole carry... i also feel like after the first year in college vaulting i lea...

1.83 in the 15m. 15' jump... that was the last time i did any timed running and im sure of the numbers.... whats that come out to?

31 pull ups? in a row? nice... i would say if you can do about 20 with out much hesitation there isnt much need to do more and you should focus on something else. The PFT gives a max 200 points for 20 pullups with no time limit....

I PRed at a meet with a box protruding from the pit. if you know what your doing, you wouldnt land there anyways.
