I could see this being the case as well. If it is 560, it may be big final(with ties advancing)...at 565 it might be closer to the 12 vaulters needed.

I'm going to go with 565.

Vaulters from Illinois at 2008 Olympic Trials

The state of Illinois has good representation at this years Olympic Trials. If you look at the entries that are "qualified" at http://www.usatf.org/events/2008/OlympicTrials-TF/entry/status.asp you won't see IL listed by anybody's name, but lets root for the graduates of Illinois high scho...

Well, that is reassuring (I wonder if the beam guy happened to share your name or if somebody was trying to mess with you :P ).

back to the subject of this (old) thread. While male beam (not a men's event) tricks are impressive, I will only be truly impressed to a see girl do some pommel horse.

For some reason, a link to this video came up next to the first one: http:...

Unless you are jumping on a 16' (490) or longer pole (maybe 14' pole if you are female), I would save your money and skip the carbon and just buy more poles.

NCAA Division III Championships...Thoughts or Predicitons?

Any other DIII fans out there? Sadly, I just cannot justify taking 2 vacation days and driving up to all the way to Oshkosh for Thursday's comp (come on, can we please make the PV on Saturday at least once in a while???). Anyway, is this the best D3 field ever? Entries: Peter Sprecher Sr Monmouth Co...

two hours ahead here, but I definately will be up. Right now I'm debating whether or not to watch the Dec. PV in 15 minutes. I've caught most of the Dec already...hmmmm...not sure if I have enough coffee.
