um diff poles have different soft sides so not all pole labels are supposed to be facing the same direction.. wat kind of pole do u have?

my coach has me in a sitting position like the L position on the ground. he stands on teh end of the pole or puts it agianst a wall. and we just pull turn and push. but with a smaller pole so it bends a bit and it helps for me to drop my shoulders and raise my hips during the vault

for indoors we prac on tues and thurs nite from 6-8 and we have meet on saturdays but only alloud 1 person per team in each event so only one of us gets to jump.

so when i jump usually i stare at the bar and i pretty much lock my bottom arm and just sit and pull up on it to clear a bar. lately ive been getting up though, only problem is that i throw my head back..
so my question is. when u guys vault, what do u do with ur head?.

on the site it says they have 9.5 but nto 10

anyone kno where i can find one of those in a size 10?.

how do u just collapse it in? when i jump i think i have a problem and i tend to pull with my bottom arm which stops me from getting anywhere close to rocking back and completing my swing.

when is this on? and what channel? iv enever watched the show but now i gues i have to haha.
