The senior games had 23 senior vaulters (50 plus) and NO injuries and a bunch of new state records! Wahoo go seniors!!!!

I would grip down and try them all. If the 155 feels stiff bump your grip up 3 inches and try it again same idea with the 160. Those poles might work out fine. Technique is more important than length of pole. You should be able to hold around 12'6" and jump 12' no problem if your technique is p...

Sounds pretty good for pre season. I would throw in a couple or three days of 2-3 mile runs for cardio and weight loss. Good luck

Well her it comes......best is not the highest or the most wins it is the "coach" that can get the greatest amount of improvement from entry into a program, to graduation. Guys and Gals that already jump high only need guidance to keep doing what they are already doing.. A great coach as s...
