I am starting with Rick Baggett then after LA - even if it is just to get to the beach - I move on to clinics with Dean Starkey, then Tim McMichael, Kris All...

Re: New pole.

Hey guys. Right now I'm vaulting on a 13' 130 spirit and I'm blowing through it pretty good. I train with Victory Athletics and I've vaulted on a 13' 150 spirit before with no problem. Problem is, my school only has a 13' 130 and the next pole up that we have is a 14' 145 spirit. I know that the 14...

Re: The wrong idea and the possible dangers

hye was it NFL QB Steve Burlin (spelling) that jumped 16-3 at Savana High School in Anaheim, CA? dj DJ, It is Steve Beuerlein. He went to Servite HS in Anaheim and I do not believe that he was a Pole Vaulter. I do know that if he did vault that he did not go 16'3" because the record at Servite...

I would hope they shoot for the petrov or Bubka model.
Any Ideas?

Kevin,
Everything I have ever heard from Brian Yokayama at Mt. SAC seemed to follow the Petrov/Bubka Model.
And I might add that Brian has been very helpful with my son in the past.

Re: Mid Mark Chart

I really like the way the chart was formatted on here. I'm glad I found the one I printed out before in was taken down.
The one from Bubba's site is a little to "Colorful" for my taste.
