Re: Drake Relays Mall Vault - Loaded Field, Live Webcast!

Hollis again misses, not turning upside down. Miles 3rd is a miss also...might have just caught the bar with his arm on the way down.

Re: Suhr feeling free and clear

Not to get too technical, but Jenn has set personal bests on her shorter approaches. She recently cleared 16 feet off a 12-step run. The normal run is 16 steps. So on faster runways, as she gets healthier, bigger things could be in store.

If true, this is pretty impressive.

Re: How many bungees?

Assuming they can be set 4-6 feet apart, 2 is all you need. You've got lots of jumpers, have them stay by the pit to raise/lower the standards for the next couple of jumps after they finish their turn.

Illinois at USATF

Graduates of Illinois high schools are again well represented at the USATF meet this week. Of the 17 entries in the men's event, I count 4 that are products of Illinois high schools.

Mark Hollis
Jacob Pauli
Jake Winder
Darren Niedermeyer

Good luck!

Re: Cutting Pole - Bad Idea?

I had a pole once where the end was chipping a bit and it had gotten kind of sharp. It kept blowing through plugs, so I hacksawed off about a half of an inch at the bottom of the pole. Problem solved. If the pole is in perfectly good shape and you are trying to alter the "size" of the pole...

I miss the navigation links at the top and bottom of the page. Is that a search field in the upper right hand corner? brilliant.
