DO YOU THINK THIS IS A SMART MOVE? SHOULD HE STICK WITH THE 16FTRS OR WILL HE GO HIGHER ON THE 5.0 METER POLES? MY COACH TIM MCMICHEALS THINKS IT MAY POSSIBLY THROW OFF HIS TIMING AND SHOULD STICK W/ THE 4.90S.

MOVE UP ONLY A HAND GRIP AT A TIME, I WOULD SAY WHENEVER YOU CAN JUMP ON A POLE 20 LBS HEAVIER THAN YOUR WEIGHT. THEY HAVE A LITTLE PROGRESSION CHART ON ADVANTAGE ATHLETICS. JUST REMEMBER YOU CAN JUMP HIGHER HOLDING LOW ON A STIFF POLE THAN A HIGH GRIP SOFT POLE.

i wasnt askin who had the world record in the pole vault run or anything like that. but i think there run is going to be pretty consistant when they peak in season and age. i just wanted to know who was faster than bubka, and if so how high they jumped in correlation to speed. looks mainly like litt...
