Know these levels of Psychomotor learning and use them to guide your skill development. Apply them with competency in mind. With enough practice of the drills the students will show competancies at the beginning level (Imitation) and with increased reps the skill level will slowly improve up the lad...

The leaning back is a result of the pole drop and timing of the takeoff. It's not where you takeoff from it's what you are doing on takeoff... Jump up from the American concept of where to takeoff. Check out youtube one my description of the takeoff.

The line is continuous. To keep the standards seperated there is a crossbar across the top. Bungee is connected to the rope on each side that moves in the same direction.. If you are handy you can build whatever you design. If not, buy it.
